Reigate doing good whilst looking good(?)

I am absolutely in awe of the amount of money raised... way more than I dreamed I was going to raise
- Mike Creed, Reigate Player & 2024 MoBro

Reigate players raised £1,337 (and counting!) this Movember with a variety of well trimmed moustaches, glorious handlebars, +100 mile walking efforts and even a dyed little number…

The annual global fundraising event helps to support organisations and projects who focus on men’s mental health, prostate and testicular cancer – and even if not fundraising patchy growth through the month sparks meaningful conversations on the topic.

Special mention goes to Mike Creed who has raised a brilliant £930 by walking over 100 miles in November whilst donning a greying lip warmer which slowly crept down the sides. "This has been an amazing month, getting out walking every day, no matter what the weather. I am absolutely in awe of the amount of money raised for this amazing charity - way more than I dreamed I was going to raise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all that donated.

James Bennett, who has been supporting Movember since 2017, took his lifetime total over the £2,000 mark – a heroic effort that even encouraged his lip fuzz to darken and become more prominent towards the end of the month and really stand out and proud.

Thank you to everybody who’s donated so far, if you want to show your support for this brilliant effort there’s still time to donate and add to the Reigate RFC total.
