FAQs

Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event?
We will scan the Eventbrite QR code when you arrive. You can show your ticket either on your phone or on a paper copy.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
No. Furthermore we do not charge for under 3s. However, if your child is under 3, please feel free to buy a ticket if you can afford it. You will be supporting a community sports club, 100% self-funded and run 100% by volunteers. The income from the annual fireworks event makes an important contribution to keeping the club running!

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Car parking is limited & restricted to disabled and elderly visitors. If you're fit & able, please allow time in your plans to park offsite and walk to the club ground.

What can't I bring into the event?
Absolutely no sparklers and no fireworks/bangers. Sparklers are a particular risk & in the past have been discarded on the pitches with risk of causing injury to players.

What's the refund policy? Is my ticket transferable?
Sorry - no refunds. However, tickets are transferable so feel free to pass them on to friends if you can't make it. In the unlikely event that the event has to be cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule and your ticket will be valid for the new date.
