An outstanding display by the team.

Our pack dominated proceedings up front and put cranleigh’s scrum under huge pressure from the start. With this and an early try from Sam, it certainly seemed to upset our hosts rhythm.

The forwards were clearly up for it today as they produced their best performance of the season so far.

The backs were using the ball won for them well, and there was excellent recycling and off loading leading to a superb team try scored by Owen to regain the lead shortly after Cranleigh had evened things up.

We were caught a little cold at the start of the second half and conceded two early tries to go behind. However the boys dug deep and Jack evened things up to set up a tense last 10 minutes with some great defence and a solid display by Harry under the high ball.

Continued pressure by Reigate resulted in a penalty in the hosts 22, and a great switch from Louis released Jack to power over for the winning try.

Although we finished the match a man in the bin, Reigate held firm and ended deserved winners.

A huge well done to all with special mention to a well deserved man of the match award going to Owen.
